The key thing I note is that the 360 hardware figures dropped right back to where they were from last week and Halo 3 dropped off the charts entirely.

Japan hate the 360, they really do.

It was quite natural for the PSP to drop like that and DS reclaim top spot; and I agree with Shams. Wii will be impossible to find from the release of SMG until mid 08 AT LEAST (Wii Fit, SMG, SSBB, Mario Kart, MH3 -maybe-)

I think that Wii is doing worse than it the average in its lifetime. From release Wii was selling 3 times better than PS3 (3.66 mln to 1.21 mln). But now it's "just" 2:1 (and I think that this is a good moment to compare this numbers, becouse there are no games that influence sales).
It's not to say that Wii is doomed, or finished becouse it isn't. But it's doing worse now compared to PS3. The question is if this trend will continue or not. If it will it's a chance for PS3 to regain the lead. But for now Wii is still number one.

Well , when the DS comes back to the top , people are like : well ... it was expected ... tell me something that I dont expect . But when the PSP went up everyone was OMGWTF?!?!?!?!? ... man I liked that part batter :) I expect handhelds to sell wastly more than their respected console brothers this holiday ... In Japan :)

I'm afraid WII will be outsold by the PS3 next week, which we can see in two weeks. Why? Well because PS3 is getting a price drop and not a single interesting WII release will be released before that, except Dance Dance Revolution. Considering Konami its fantastic advertising... not... it will bomb hard. I seriously hope Zack & Wiky won't bomb there or else they're "baka".

Worry not Onna-sama, for Zack & Wiki will sell well (IMO >300k in Japan). Capcom has put a lot of effort into this and the game itself it amazing. Konami has been goofing around the Wii so far.

Nah, everybody's golf on 49th. Was on 33th previous week in vgchartz (41th in media create chart). Agarest War on 50th, down from 23th but this was expected.

Anybody knows what two last columns in media create charts mean?
