They can buy every slim on the market, do something to the systems that will cause them to fail, sell them on ebay so that everyone that owns one gets a system that fails causing a RROD level of negative press for Sony?

nothing, ms and nintendo dont have a move. everybody that wants one has one, they have all had cheap prices for a while, real gamers know the ps3  is the system of the future. everybody has been waiting for this price drop from sony, sales will now really take off. ps3 is the best gaming system and it does so,so much more, game over for ms, and nintendo. it way take awhile to catch up, but it will happen

Nintnedo doesn't need to do anything. Maybe a $50 cut this holiday that's it. Microsoft should be very concerned though. Natal is going to have the impact a PS3 slim model does? Are some of you on drugs when you think like that? I expect for the foreseable future for the PS3 to outsell the 360 fairly consistantly. Maybe the 360 can make a comeback in 2010, but for the rest of this year and early into next at the very least they will find themselve third place fairly consistantly.

I think Nintendo can continue going the way they have.
