Scores are mediocre (other games) but I'm still getting it.
Give me some examples of other games that got mediocre reviews and were found to be good by the general public.

Big Brain Academy
Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree
Brain Age
Brain Age 2
Dewey's Adventure
SSX Blur
Super Street Fighter II
Mario Party 8
Dragonball z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2
Lost Planet
Final Fantasy XI
Rayman Raving Rabbids
Ultimate Spiderman
Mario Strikers: Charged
Cooking Mama
Bomberman DS

Just to name a few.

I don't think Dewey's Adventure sold that well... did it?

I am a PC gamer, and also have a NDS now, but without access to a Nintendo Wii until End of 2007.

Currently playing: Super Smash Brothers Brawl(Wii), Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer(DS), Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime (DS), WiiFit(Wii)

Games Recently Beaten: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King (Normal; Very Hard after the next DLCs become available)

1 word: RTFA

So whats the difference between Monster Hunter and the Monster Hunter Freedom series?

Its simple dtewi

Lets answer both soriku's and dtewis questions:

Monster hunter is about a hunter that hunts monsters.

Monster hunter FREEDOM is about a hunter who free's monsters and then hunts them.

Pretty simple.

I wasn't thinking sales, I was just thinking quality.  But even taking out Dewey it's a good list for 3 minutes work.

there is no difference between MH and MHF .. but the portable freedom series sells much better than the normal MH for home consoles

MHF is the portable series on the PSP. It is more popular than its console counterparts. They are essentially the same game, but one is portable and one isnt.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

^ All MH games get mediocre scores. But they're still popular.
I never said they weren't popular, I actually said they were insanely popular (in Japan). You didn't answer my question.
