Dreamcast

I... think that the obvious winner of this thread is the Dreamcast. I too would have to nominate it, looking at all the games that it managed to get out, and the fact that there's still an active indie development on it helps to speak to it.
The other one, I'm going out on a limb with, is Virtual Boy. I think it was marketted incorrectly (it's not a portable), but as the only system to date to be able to actually do true 3D, it was sad to see it killed off so quickly.

Dreamcast. Such a great system, and I wish 1000 plagues on Sony for their disparaging marketing against it.
Absolutely the Dreamcast.

The DreamCast is so underrated. I think half the members of this forum should continually claim that it is the best console ever and that Sony are horrible people for killing it.
I saved up for well over a year for the Dreamcast. I went totally berzerk and bought 10 games at launch. That's the only thing I regret (aside from eventually selling it). Having so many games at once meant there were some I didn't get to fully enjoy. Ever since then, I try not to be in the middle of any more than 2-3 games at any given time.

The Gamecube.
I never understood why it didn't sell....it had by far the best library last gen.
Dreamcast.
@tehsage
I had a gamecube aswell, and I respectfully disagree, although I loved my Gamecube, it did not have the best library last gen. No way. =/ PS2 = The greatest console library last gen hands down... maybe even of all time.

Last gen specifics:
GCN games I owned - 35
PS2 games I owned - 7
Xbox games I owned - 4
Dreamcast games I owned - 4
yeah, I believe it had the best library.
