Most of the Wii remote movements in the first game were fairly simple (move to the left or right for takedowns, pick up garbage, etc.). I could understand Motion Plus for games like Tiger Woods, but I don't see why it's needed here. |
I'm not even sure I'd want No More Heroes 2 to have Wii Sports Resort Kendo game play (fun, but only as a mini game challenge), but if they decide to go with M+ and are able to make the action work fast and furious like the first, I don't have a problem if they do.
If they just want to experiment and play with the new control options, great. It will either validate M+ as a peripheral that legitimately enhances the action and gaming experience, or it will support the notion that while a nice control option, it's not really necessary for most games on the Wii.
If not, no big loss. The game should be a load of over the top fun for those who enjoyed the original.
