It probably would have sold better on the DS, simply because for whatever reason, Monster Hunter always sells better on portables than on consoles. This parallels a certain other, suspiciously similar, series that shall remain nameless: perhaps that particular type of game simply works better as a portable game than as a console game.
Complexity is not depth. Machismo is not maturity. Obsession is not dedication. Tedium is not challenge. Support gaming: support the Wii.
