For This Gen It's A Tie Between Valkyria Chronicles, MGS4, Killzone 2 and The World Ends With You. Valkyria Chronicles Is Not That Great Like Many Here Put It Out To Be. The Story Is Predictable And Pretty Boring. I Also Didn't like The Bobbling heads during Cutscenes. For MGS4, There Are Too Many cutscenes And only 4 hours of gameplay. Story was complete bonkers. KZ2 was just an Average shooter. It Was The Same thing throughout the whole game. TWEWY was just random swips and button presses.

People like this game because its the first Final Fantasy they played, but they worship it to infinity , its not that good, and its not the best FF out there.

Halo 3
this isn't the best Halo out there, and its not the best shooter either.

Call Of Duty 4
this game is okay-ish , it borrows scenes from movies which makes it too cliche , and expected, the gameplay is very easy , and it was made for newcomers , i don't know how that would be a good thing for FPS fans.

Assassins Creed
This game is crappy plain and simple.

this game is just graphics, its very boring in everything else.

Street Fighter
an unbalanced fighting game is NEVER the best, seriously, its really all about fireballs and the game is just generic, if you remove the internet goggles off.

Bro.. the game kicks ass.

Have you not perhaps, strangled a korean soldier then go to maximum strengh to throw him and see the poor dude flying away?

Have you not perhaps, went into cloak engaged mode, then go behind the enemy and quickly switch to Maximum Strengh to punch his ass and see him flying away?

Have you not perhaps, played the game all maxed out...

Have you not perhaps, got to the part where the aliens surfaces?

Have you not perhaps, finished the game?

(Granted, you need a maximum computer to enjoy the game)

Gameplay is not repetitive, graphics are top notch, story is good and voice acting is superb ( compared to killzone 2...and rico).

;) Don't take it seriously.

( Anyone who said Crysis sucks, broke my heart into tiny pieces, then threw them into a fire.)

Why is BioShock overrated? I hear its a great game from everyone!

Valkyrie is lifted to sky high on this site. I watched it on Playme (or what that play-through site is called) and it looked like a sub 80% game.

Bioshock is awesome, but not worthy of 95% it has on Metacritic. Although it's certainly not getting the praise it deserves here on VGC, because this site is strangely enough filled with JRPG-lovers.

You watched it , but didn't play it.

i watched it at first and thought it was generic, but then i played the demo, and bought the game at full price , still totally worth it.


Yes, sometimes I watch games so I don't have to play them, and sometimes I watch games just to become knowledgeable.

And I noticed something else. The internet is filled with JRPG lovers, because those who love JRPGs have a very high chance of being the hardcore gamer who reads forums and the like.

Regardless of length, watching a video doesn't make you qualified call something overrated.

I know what you mean. It seems like some people don't enjoy gaming at all or always try to find silly things to complain about like reviewers do.

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...
