There is nothing and no one servicing you on Xbox Live Marketplace. You don't have vendors giving you assistance with purchases. How exactly can a service that doesn't exist be "horrendous"?

I usually try to see the best in fellow posters, but this is hardly horrendous, and more like a petty gripe. There just isn't any excuse for this excessive hyperbole. Even if you cannot reinstall the game for whatever reason. Then Microsoft is usually fairly good at compensating you for your loss. Contact them and, they will provide you with a substitute game of equal value, and of your own choice. They may even credit you a free month of gold.

All Praise digital downloads. Honestly I expect this type of stuff to happen on all consoles & PC as digital downloads become more widely available.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
