I usually try to see the best in fellow posters, but this is hardly horrendous, and more like a petty gripe. There just isn't any excuse for this excessive hyperbole. Even if you cannot reinstall the game for whatever reason. Then Microsoft is usually fairly good at compensating you for your loss. Contact them and, they will provide you with a substitute game of equal value, and of your own choice. They may even credit you a free month of gold.
