Darkrai is harder to catch than Giratina, Palkia and Dialga combined.

There is a Pichu Event in HG and SS, and you need that to get the Arceus event, if I remember correctly. This will probably happen at the relaeas of the 11th movies in NA next year.

I just got the event, I'm gonna assume I need Cresselia first. (ugh)

3. Talk to the bottom clown.

4. Insert this message:

5. Mystery Gift is unlocked, save the game, and soft reset.

6. Select Mystery gift and make sure you select the online option.

National Dex required to get Darkrai, but not required to start the event. But to get him, yeah, you will need the national dex.
