When you don't have to pay for a service there is no consequence for cheating I guess. Same happens on PC games all the time and once a game is hacked it then become a cycle of fixes month after month until the developers give up on the game.

Controller mods must be easy to detect, there should be a automated service to kick and bn players detected using them for a week.

No. I did it once and i am not touching CoD again untill its patched. It really does take the piss and spoils the game. I usedit when 11 of the 12 were flying. They kept killing me because i was playing fairly. Now that isn't fun.

Ummm... people get banned on PSN for hacking/cheating/Offending...

Do a little research.

When did this start? I was playing CoD4 a lot until I stopped a month ago. There were people glitching and going outside the map but it wasn't bad at all. (1/1000)

How is CoD5 fairing? I stopped playing it because people would always go underground and in the air. Except when they were in the air you could shoot em :P.

Is this the first case of mass hacking on a console fps? I will be interesting to see how long it takes to fix it. I moved to console gaming mainly to avoid the cheaters.

I'll say it will be patched by Friday at latest.

At least 3 people are doing it per game. I was in a match with 12/12 doing it.

^^Because they can't win without cheating and it makes them feel better that they finally don't suck I guess. It MUST be that, because you can't actually think it is fun... right?

I was tempted to try this, since it's obviously going to be patched and sounds awesome, but if it involves crap like modifying save data I can't be bothered.

It's not something I would use long term, but admit it, you want to try it once.
