Bascially its an altered save data. You could get it off the internet or a friend and pu it on a memory stick. Then overwrite your current game save on the PS3 and it works. Very simple and alot of people are doing it now. Then to activate Start-options-circle-circle. Then you can fly to the other side of the map within 5 seconds and then drop anywhere or any building. People just hover in the air wait untill someone is planting a bomb take up a sniping position and pick them off. The worst thing is these people can't be shot whilst in the air. At least 3 people are doing it per game. I was in a match with 12/12 doing it.
