There must be a lot of new PS2's sitting on shop shelves, or VGC has totally undertracked PS2 sales by a huge margin, because by VGC reckoning PS3, 360 and PSP have all outsold PS2 (to consumers) over this period http://vgchartz.com/hwcomps.php?cons1=PS2&reg1=All&cons2=PS3&reg2=All&cons3=X360&reg3=All&start=39901&end=39999&weekly=1

PS2 @ about 1 million (pretty darn good still), 360 just shy of 3 million and PS3 about 2.5 million.
