Forums - Sony - Why people still calling Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 PS3 exclusive?

NG2 sucked though. It took me a long time to realize that. I hated it.

I think the 3D Ninja Gaiden games have the best combat system of any game. It's just so precise and fast and technical. I spent as much time with Ninja Gaiden 2 as I did with Halo 3 online and Halo 3 is my favourite FPS this gen.

I'm considering buying Sigma 2 for the added content. It's such an addicting experience. You'll hate the unforgiving nature of the enemies but love the aggravation and challenge all at once. I found it quite addicting.

@OP: I personally don't consider it an exclusive. It's a highly enhanced port but the mechanics and the main core of the game is the same. To me it's a lot like what Ninja Gaiden Black was to Ninja Gaiden. But apparently Tecmo is calling it an exclusive so no arguing there if people want to consider it an exclusive.

I agree. GTA4 DLC isn'tclusve either.

Yes. Wait... no... Mmmm... Yes??

Screw it... don't care. Once it's a good game, doesn't matter.

4 ≈ One

It's as much a remake of Ninja Gaiden II as Ninja Gaiden Sigma was of the original.

Right.

Can "Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2" be played on any other platform, other than PS3?

*Walk into store*

"Hi, can I get Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 for the Xbox360?"

"No."

The end.

its kinda like how the heck is left 4 dead is 360 exclusive when i can get it on steam

Read my earlier post.

There's no question that this game has bonus content, but calling it exclusive just because of the extra content and the different title is stretching it. Tecmo are only doing that so they can excite previous buyers to rebuy the game on the PS3.

That's a sight problem because it can brought seperate from the original game...complete different storylines and have a play time in comparsion to some 60 dollar shooter games....so it can be count as exclusive. the Gameplay time is what to me make it a compeltely different game.

OT: Can a play the game for the 360? Yes, Can i play the new levels and characters for the 360? No.  It's like if MGS4 add 3 new levels and made Raiden playable for the 360...it wouldn't still be exclusive, be they get exclusive levels.

So PS3 fanboys.....quick question.... since the Joker is a playable character in Batman : Arkaham Asylum...is the ps3 version an exclusive then...even though 360 fanboys can play all the Batman levels?

The content is exclusive. So....maybe.
