Has anyone seen this shot:

The effects are the key in Uncharted 2, watch the E3 gameplay and see how all the plants react to the wind created by the helicopter, just awesome.

Don't care too much about it being the graphics king or not. It's my most anticipated game of 2009 because the first one was a blast to play (even though it looked pretty good too ).

Graphics may be stunning but the first one was enjoyable for the story so thats what I hope they excel on first and foremost.

They say the snow effects will be just as good this time! Though in that recent gameplay footage, you did see some slightly inferior snow effects... but there is still a month and a bit to go until it goes gold

I hope they manage to get the right actor to match his sympathetic and warm charisma for the Uncharted move.

Yeah but that's just PR. What do you expect them to say: "Our water-graphics kick ass, but snow is meh."

So to sum this thread up:

Uncharted 2 looks great! But so do some other titles as well. There is no Graphics King at this point.

Uncharted 2 trounces all....no chance for Alan Wake coming closer!!

I wouldn't claim to be the only one, but that is key to the game, Nate is a fundamentally lovable guy, he certainly grows on you throughout the game. That is certainly key, though I don't think the movie will stand up to the game. I never feel as connected to someone who I am just watching, not controlling, I don't really have a stake in his survival
