Oh yeah, I forgot to mention Musashi: Samurai Legend for the PlayStation 2. It was way better than the first one.

Let me add Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII as well. The game was great, I don't see why people complained (other than for what it wasn't).

I guess both games fit in with WOW's description of an underrated game.

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World- terrible reviews but is easily one of my favorite games of this generation!

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. - great reviews but bad sales!!
