Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has begun selling a new bundle for Sony Corp.'s Playstation 3 that includes two game titles and a Blu-ray disc movie at under $400.

The PS3 Bonus Games, Movie Bundle includes an 80GB PS3, MLB 09: The Show, Quantum of Solace Blu-ray disc, and a choice of a bonus game title for $399.99.

Bonus game titles include Sonic the Hedgehog, Strangehold, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, and Sega Rally Revo.

Meanwhile, retailer Amazon.com is offering a free Blu-ray remote and movie title with the purchase of the PS3.

Sony in May increased its forecast for PS3 sales to 13 million this year.

Looks like the Slim might be real and coming this year thats y we have all these bundles as of late

the slim looks cheap to me and theres no B/C either but being cheap to make may lead to sony dropping the price to 350 or 300 this nov.

im glad i have my original 60gb with B/C i would never buy the ps3 slim if it looks like the 1 we've been seeing if you want a nice shiny ps3 get this current sku

hmm... i think i'd go with Stranglehold.

Whats good about it though, is its got a game for everyone.

You get the sport game, and a pick of either Sonic (well known franchise)... an action title, family platformer or a racer.

I liked the Mgs4/killzone 2 bundle.

At the end of last year when people were talking about Price Cuts, didn't SONY say that their plan was not to cut price but to add value?

Well, after thinking about it for a little bit. This is just the Father's day bundle. And with June a really bad month, They may just be trying to get rid of the stupid fathers day bundle. Not necessarily to get a slim

Agreed, that bundle is made of WIN. If I had known about this bundle coming I would have waited another year to get my ps3. :)
