I get this happen to me when i go on my laptop.

When im on this computer though, i have no problems.

Ive had this problem before and I am using Avant (the fastest web browser right now) but after the recent change in the heading its fixed for me now

Nope, Firefox, single header. I'm seeing a pattern...

As for the no hover sub-menus, that's the same on all browsers, I'm afraid

At least the sub menus stay up when you move the mouse away now.
