According to Geoff Keighley, BioShock 2 has been officially delay to the fiscal of 2010. Geoff when on to say "Take Two has a conference call in 30 mins to discuss the BioShock 2 delay.

why would they do that? Probably some issues with the online aspect of the game and some graphical tweeks

By the way, their fiscal year starts in November. They said Bioshock 2 launches in the first half, so that's between November and April.
