The Conduit has only been out for two days. Lets give it some more days before we call it a bomb.

Well the most "americanized" market in Europe couldn't have a good debut for the shooter Conduit so I doubt it'll do too well everywhere else... France aside of course. I've never thought legs on this game would be particularly amazing so it's not seeming the title will do so well in Europe. Apparently buying generic and stereotypical games on the PS3 and 360 is the center piece of its gamer's buying habits but on the Wii it is almost the exact opposite. Oh well I suppose.
Otherwise, Grand Slam Tennis seems to be quite a hit with the British. NOt to mention Tiger Woods having a better second week all around. And what do you know about that... Wii Fit back on top over Sims 3.

Don't even start with who has the worst buying habits of all the console owners. Just because The Conduit didn't sell that well (at least in Europe, and I'm expecting adjustments in America), doesn't mean that Wii owners reject generic games. Nor does it mean that HD owners buy these games in droves. And why are you surprised that Tiger Woods had a better second week, when its first week was unbelievably horrible?

*Looks over*
Nope never used the word surprised in the entire post. What does that mean Montana? I wasn't surprised. And sure Wii owners by generic and stereotypical games. Don't believe I left the option closed. Really the remark was a knock at The Conduit not the other consoles. I'm sure if you knew that you wouldn't have replied because then it would have been ok right.

I just noticed that haha. That is quite scary. Geez after so long it is still way up there. Second one's sales could just be ungodly.
One of the problems Conduit is facing, is that it's the vacation period going. People are travelling, spending their time in their cottages and lots of kids are working in the vacation from school (saving the money they earn for the fall). Of course, Conduit could have debuted higher.
Edit: Sorry, it was Game, not Play.com.
Ei Kiinasti.
Eikä Japanisti.
Vaan pannaan jalalla koreasti.
Nintendo games sell only on Nintendo system.
It'll be interesting to see how The Grinder sells.

nintendo fanboy, but the good kind

It is very very tricky to spin a #32 entry into a good thing, how much do you think it needs to sell to break even. Probably only 500k? It uses advanced tech so I am guessing it will require more than the average Wii game
Great to see CoD 4 still there at #15, CoD 6 should definitely be the best selling console shooter ever, and probably best selling non-Wii game of this year
