What is "Sony" to you guys anyway? To me it's 180,000 people doing their job and 4 or 5 clowns at the top making funny statements. Btw I think the same of the other companies.

Suffice is to say, Sony have not covered themselves in glory this gen.

Roll on PS4.

How about the fact that the PS3's marketing was so fucking confusing that Sony had to repeatedly issue a clarification on what the system even was? It was marketed as a Blu-ray player, a multimedia device, a computer, and finally they realized that they should have just stuck with games console.

Isn't it normal that they do that? The PS3 can be interesting for different markets. When the PS3 released their were enough people on movie forums who bought a PS3 for Blu Ray.

Why do you want a good campany to fail so much?  Do you know how many jobs Sony's gaming business have created?

Most importantly, those jobs were located in many different countries.

Hopefully the mistakes they have made this Gen will help them in the future.

they feel better about themselves for not getting the ps3, if it fails. As long as it's still doing well they doubt they made the right decision of getting another console or no console at all.

Sony is no better than ms or nintendo, what ever it does it does to survive and keep people employed. They've made mistakes but everyone does mistakes, the only thing that is certain is that nothing is certain.

i prefer them to microsoft low quality hardware/software or nintendo safe play (only mario) and casuals games.

some people said first year ps2 were bad, so 360 is a good machine, but then ps3 it's the competition and it doens't have the huge failure rate. not the ps2.
