Forums - Nintendo - Wii has a great line up.

Sarcasm aside, the lineup is great. It seems every month there is another game or two worth looking into. Whether you are into survival horros, RPG, FPS, Platformers, sports, or even if on-rails is your thing, you are covered. Wii is definitely starting to bulk up on its library. The thing is most of those Wii games mentioned are "exclusive" which has been an illusive prospect for other platforms.

Bet between Slimbeast and Arius Dion about Wii sales 2009:

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

If the Wii sells more than 20 million in 2009 (as defined above) Arius Dion wins and gets to control Slimebeast's sig for 1 month.

Which ones are you getting?

Me? Red Steel 2, NSMB, WSR, See about Extraction and Silent Hill. But the first 3 are definite buys.

No offense but I think the 360 has the best line-up with Nintendo coming in second. Firstly lets just put all of those multiplatform games off the list , because all of them will look and play alot better on the 360 then they will on the Wii. Then lets remove all of the old school ports because chances are they will be at best just as good as they were on the GameCube/X-Box etc...etc...

Now what you've got left is essentially the few Nintendo first party titles up against all of the third party titles and Microsoft's first party titles the likes of Halo:ODST which is essentially Microsoft's Mario franchise!

Don't get me wrong I plan to buy RedSteel2 , NSMBW and WiiFitPlus, but the 360 has alot more to offer! Microsoft definatly has the best line-up this year!

You must be joking right?  What MS games aren't multi-platform for this year besides ODST, Forza 3, & Splinter Cell?  Sorry Alan Wake is for next year.

Nintendo has a huge line-up.  All of the games I mentioned earlier are exclusive.  That includes:  Metroid Prime Trilogy, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, New Super Mario Bros., Wii Fit Plus (hey its cheap), Arc Rise Fantasia, Fragile, FF: Crystal Bearers, & Dead Space.

Sony has Ratchet & Clank & Uncharted 2 (which will probably be GOTY if MW2 doesn't get it) but their 2010 looks off the chart...

Multiplats for this year worth mentioning are: Modern Warfare 2, Bayonetta, Bioshock 2, Brutal Legend, WET, Red Dead Redemption, and The Saboteur.

It looks like to me that third parties are really starting to come out for Nintendo and I expect this to continue into next year although it seems like 2010 will be the year of Sony with the line-up they have...

I disagree. The PC has the best gaming lineup this year.

Okay, for the gamers out there complaining about multi-plat and ports, no offence, but you guys are really close-minded.

If it's ports that has PS2 Xbox quality at best, so what? It gives gamers a second chance to play those games who missed out(for what ever reasons) on them last gen and even before that. I'm one of them, so I'm glad to have second chances.

For multi-plats, who should give a f**k? It just let people give a taste of what PS360 owners get to experience. And maybe let them "give in" to buy the other 2 consoles as well!

You guys really need to think about other possibilities than just the ones that comes first into mind.

My 2 cents and again, no offence.
