I read somewhere that at Remedy the staff is only of about 35 people. After all these years of development, it doesn't surprise me that they focused on getting at least one version out of the door. I still hope to see the PC version coming at a later time, though, when it wouldn't impact as much the sales of the 360 version.
Oh, and why is everybody talking as if this game would have incredible requirements? It runs on a 360 and its engine was demoed years ago on a PC that surely would be quite cheap right now. At the time talking of "multicore CPUs only" could seem a harsh requirement, but nowadays every gaming rig should be a quad-core or at least a dual-core.
