Take a nice warm bath, or a hot shower if you can't do that. Get a golf ball, lay it on the floor, and massage yourself on it. I actually don't like doing that =/ I just find a nice corner in my room, or on the chair I'm sitting in and grind wherevver I'm tense.

1. Is she a real midget, as in a dwarf?

2. What does it mean "..wants to have a normal life, but won't *get busy*"?

3. 'at my boy's crib' is slang and means your friends house, right?

Anyway, if she hang in that celeing fan by her own choice I think her claims are ridicilous.
