well you should know the difference, one is a stupid mistake with the power cord, only 1  of the 3 rings is system failure

With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Proud supporter of all 3 console companys

Proud owner of 360wii and DS/psp

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.

It was silly of people to assume the 65nm chip would elim red rings.

I'm interested to see how many cases people start reporting with the new consoles.

I love how PS3 owners spend all day on forums like VGChartz because they have nothing worth playing for their system.

See, I can flame too! Wheeee!!!

Not all Halo 3 360's have the rumored 65nm chipset for the CPU, and the CPU, as I understand, wasn't the problem to begin with. It's the GPU that needs to move to 65nm that will reduce RROD, and that's what I'm waiting for.

I apologize for that last one, but it is kind of funny. I am unfortunately stranded up on campus without access to my PS3 :[.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Heh, no problem. I also own a PS3 and wish there was more to play on the damned thing.

I'm just really sick of RRoD flame threads.

I have heard that reducing video card sizes, from my Electrical Engineering roomate, can actually increase heat output.  He says it works differently for processors.  I don't claim to know anything about the issue, so I am interested if someone else does.

You sir are correct. Also A full red ring means the video cable is unplugged not power. If the power cord was unplugged you get no rings!

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.
