It's no contest. Halo is bigger than GT nowadays.

Halo 3 will have sold 12 million lifetime. Halo 3: ODST is predicted as a 7-8 million selling game, same as GT5 who is predicted at 8 million.

Halo: Reach is probably a 15 million seller.

Lol, you got raped by pro's the one time you played Halo didn't you.  I can see how thats a turn off, alot of people when they fail at games get real pissed and hate it especially if their first experience with it is getting destroyed.  Give Halo 3 a chance, Bungie made the Assault Rifle way stronger so even the worst people at Halo can destroy with that ridiculous weapon.

OT: Last generation GT was more popular, this generation Halo is more popular.  But of course the sure way to tell is when GT5 comes out, if it outsells Halo 3 then yes its more popular than Halo, if it doesn't than it isn't as popular.

would have to say halo this gen slightly, obviously last gen it was GT. I doubt GT5 will outsell Halo 3, that will be the bar though.

that doesn't mean the brand is stronger.  The playstation brand has outsold the xbox brand by how much?  Yet at this point there isn't much of an advantage if any for the PS3.  Nintendo was taken out by the no-name playstation brand in the past.  Brand strength can change very quickly, right now the Halo brand is stronger.
