Forums - Sales - Can Monster Hunter Unite save PSP in EU?

Well, PSP sales are just as before, but software sales a pretty good, it's the only PSP game on top 50 and it's holding legs. And at least now PSP is selling more software than hardware for already 2 weeks, and half os software PSP are of MHU sales. I don't expect Japan like sales, but it may save PSP software sales.

I don't think so.

Gran Turismo PSP says "Hello!"

pirating on the PSP is basically rampart. if a game sells a million copies, it was pirated about 2 million times. Fact. MHFU has been downloaded approximately 300,000 times since it was uploaded last week.

Uh...link to the piracy figure you cited? That seems astronomically high for a new release.

I don't want to link sources for pirating as I am strongly agaisnt it.. I am writing up a detailed report on piracy on the PS Platforms (Ps1/ps2/PSP) and I will post it on the chartz when I am done. I've found some rather shocking things. I wet to 12 torrent sites a couple days back, at that exact moment in time, 12,000 people were downloading god of war: chains of olympus, and over 2000 were downloading God of War 1 for the PS1.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is probably pirated at about 400% sales value in WW.
