Most people would say this is the best gen ever, or the worst.  The Most expensive, the most hate, or the most innovative gen we will ever see.

just asking a simple question what has this gen do for you, and what do you think about it as from now..

I find it weird.. and slow to pick up steam...it took a bit too long to shift gears but now it´s getting much better (and that´s why I hope it´ll last longer than the usual 5/6 years we´re used to).

actually its kinda boring not enough genre variation waaaaaaaaaasy to many FPS and shooters in general.....the wait for great games is to long to

This gen has made my love for Nintendo stronger then it has been for a bit. They have a console and hand held that I love playing.

This gen has hurt my love for Sony. They still have great systems that I want a few games on, but I just can not make myself spend that kinda of money for the system. It really is to bad. I really enjoyed PS1 and 2 a lot. Oh well, maybe in a couple years I can buy one and just be late to the game.

I am getting tired of watching games flop though. Well, some of the good ones that do. The price for making games keeps going up. They need to find a way to stop that, or we are going to lose out on a lot of fun.

All in all this is a good gen. I am pleased with my current systems for now. Look forward to one day getting a PS3. Their is already so many games I want, that I do not have money to spend for them.

I have a feeling this is gonna degrade into a console war now......

The PS1 gen was the best.

The 16-bit and 8-bit gens are the best. With the 64-bit gen close third and this gen fourth.

Meh.. so far.

So far, its in 3rd place.

I have a feeling we are yet to see the best this gen has to offer though in each genre.

this gen is the most important for me

it ended my love for nintendo

it began my love for SONY

& it will result in me being a SONY/MS console owner nex-gen
