Forums - Nintendo - ( Public Transit Wii Ads ) Say What People Have Been Saying All Along

Only Kotaku would try to spin this into something negative for the Wii.

The site's a bit biased towards the MS camp, if people haven't noticed.

Most outlets are, but this is just because there is a broad consensus among the hardcore that Microsoft is doing the best, between their strong focus on building a gamer community and whatnot

So from your view on that add you see  Old peple who have spare time buys and plays Wii and Young (future game players) get hooked on a Nintendo product.  Hmmm Sounds like money NOW, When, and Forever to me.  "KACHING!!"  It prints money.

Haha. Thanks for clarifying the "extra hours". I though it meant a little same thing, as i was in the army and a group of elderly people came visiting the base. A friend of mine was thinking should he go and brag them about him having more mornings left.

What is interesting, is that Wii actually have replaced PS2 in these ads. Wii is used because people recognise it.

Kotaku..

I remember when one of the bloggers commented on the GT psp screens and said they were fake, and that the PSP is just as powerful as the PS1, then I posted a video showing GT psp gameplay, then the video was deleted. I asked why, and my comment was deleted..

I think his name was Luke, really annoying moment. Now I only go to joystiq for most of my gaming news.

The worst part about this is that you know that was said without a hint of irony...

to be REALLY honest i didn't remember seeing a Wii add with a kid playing, all grannies and soccer moms....

^ youve seen maybe 1 wii ad

youve seen 0 wii ads.

Kotaku recently picked up Stephen Totilo. He's one of the least douchebaggy people in the sphere of videogame journalism, so I have hopes that site might not actually be a complete waste of time now.
