This does not mean you need to cash in your points, but if you have 300 points, you'll get a spiffy reward (gold status) and if you have 600 points, you'll get an ever spiffier reward (platinum status).  So how many people do we have with Platinum status on VGC? Im at Gold right now (100 away from Platinum)

I'm just gold, but that's because most of my purchases on my Wii that qualified for Nitendo points only did last year, and most of my DS purchases are 3rd party and don't qualify. Should be Platinum next year. Anyone know what we'll be getting? I'm hoping its a game :)
