Forums - Nintendo - The reason why the Conduit will be huge!!!

The Conduit looks amazing, for a Wii game. This games validity is a top 10 title because it is on the Wii.

I'd put more stock in the statistics, like how the game got sold out from GameStop.com

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

When a celibrity is involved a games sells good:

- 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand: 0.11m

- 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand: 0.07m

Isn't one of those made by High Voltage?  Uh-oh.

I am already looking forward to your thread in which you explain why The Conduit bombed in the marketplace and how it wasn't sales that you meant when you said it's going to be huge.

For an extra effect you may have to change your avatar to a Pussy for a while. How about the one from the movie Goldfinger?

You have me all figured out don't you?  I swear that I'm not DMJ's alt account.

I wouldn't change my avatar to Pussy Galore, Blofeld's persian cat, or any other pussy thank you vert much.

But still, the movie was awesome. My favorite scene is the one with the car that explodes immediately after it's driving off of a cliff. That was realistic unlike that stupid jump over a bridge in that golden colt movie, but that one was with Roger Moore anyway, so it was bound to be not as classy.

No.  No.  No.  The car exploded immediately after it fell off of the cliff in Dr. No.

Maybe if Nintendo mentioned these two men were involved in thes game on the Nintendo Channel in a video of some sort, this could actually be plausible.

Or Sega could make a second commercial. Otherwise, no one would know these guys took part in it.

Remember when Deadly Creatures sold like hotcakes

I know.  Celebrities were involved in that game, but Neilsen and Sorbo are from Chicago and that's the greatest city on earth because I'm from there.

Well I had at least heard of Billy Bob Thornton and Dennis Hopper.... I have never heard of Neilsen and I only heard of Sorbo the first time because he is involved with The Conduit.

You've never heard of Cheap Trick?  They were one of the biggest rock bands in the world in the late 70's and early 80's.

You never watched Hercules or Andromeda ever?  :p

Nope... I am presuming they were not as well recieved here over the pond.

Ah him... yes I have seen a couple of episodes of Hercules and Andromeda... terrible shows but at least it wasn't his voice being the problem.

@ TWRoO You probably think that Xena: Warrior Princess was better than Hercules: The Legendary Journeys didn't you? I may or may not agree.

I don't remember that scene in Dr. No, but I recently watched Goldfinger and I am sure that it was in that movie. Dr. No was the movie with Bond OHKOing the bad guy. Ah, those were the times when the good guys knew how to throw punches. Nowadays it takes them minutes to win.

It was Dr. No.  Sorry.

Connery would knock out subordinates with one punch, but it took like a half an hour for him to take out Red Grant on the Orient Express and it was an epic struggle for him to electrocute Odd Job in Fort Knox.

Imagine how big the Conduit would be if Odd Job was in it.  It would be as big as GoldenEye.  :p
