What other console is it on? And before you answer PC, the PC isn't a console. You might not like it but that's just the way it is. |
And what happens when companies launch PC-based consoles, like Onlive will? Those games can no longer be called console exclusives now, can they?

Is that still coming? lol

Wouldn't that be server based console? I think the 360 is more pc based than Onlive.
And you made a silly statement by the way. Of course if another console has the game, it is no longer console exclusive.

Won't you be able to plug it straight into a TV? So it won't be a PC-console

A videogame console is a closed platform, the PC is not. As for Onlive I can't see anyone thinking that streaming to a PC is the same thing but I guess time will tell.
Where is "Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm"? i think it sold 720K

This coming from the person that tried to classify Braid as a PC exclusive...
So all PS2 exclusive titles is also PS3 exclusives aswell since we do have BC?
Also, lets say an educational title released on PSP, PS2, PC, iPhone, Blu Ray Live, this tile would be exclusive to who? What would you call it? A portable exclusive? A computer exclusive? Or is it a disc exclusive? Maybe a iphone exclusive? Is the exclusiveness based on userbase?
You can make all kinds of shit up if you frase it like that "This game is within a miles radius of our Blockbuster-exclusive." "Within city limits-exclusive"
Also, let me ask you this.. if GAME Store were to buy the exclusive rights from MS to sell Mass Effect 2, and later go out on a massive world wide marketing campaign for Mass Effect 2. Multimillion dollar campaign that aired on TV and huge billboards all across the world with the text "Mass Effect 2 Exclusively at GAME". Do you think you'd find a copy of it at Gamestop? And before you try to answer with some clever comeback, the answer you're looking for is NO!

Yeh I know the PC isn't a console and I do like that. Do you understand exclusive?
360 exclusive = exclusive to 360
Wii exclusive = exclusive to Wii
PS3 exclusive = exclusive to PS3
Console exclusive = exclusive to consoles
PC/360 exclusive = exclusive to PC/360 =/= exclusive
......and now we have next gen/current gen/last gen exclusive????
Has someone changed the definition of the word exclusive and I've missed it? In my day exclusive meant exclusive, exclusively.
