If it was made like facebook chat then i would actually use it. It should automatically add the people on your friends list (having to personally add people basically sucks....bad)

That explains so much. Yet so little. Honestly though, I think it's cause VGChartz IM is kinda... featureless at the moment. I'm sure once it starts getting updated, looking pretty, and less buggy overall. We'll see more people using it.
