Overkill and MadWorld have both dropped in price haven't they?
I know I saw MadWorld for $30 at GameStop.

Lol, yeah that would be something... XD
While that person's at it, could he or she also tell us what the development costs of Mario Galaxy 2 are, when the next Zelda for Wii is coming out, and what the release date of Nintendo's next handheld is? Also, Miyamoto's private cellphone number would be great, thanks.

Madworld's drop seems to have been temporary, as it's back up to $50 at Gamestop last I checked (about two weeks ago). I believe Overkill's dropped by $10 at most places, but then that's the pattern many Sega titles go through anyways (Sonic and the Secret Rings, Mario & Sonic, etc. all did the same, if memory serves) so I wouldn't read too much into that.

They raised the price? My God, Gamestop sucks.
I would think its a safe bet to see MadWorld turn a profit

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
Nobody knows anything, and everyone is talking out their butt.
The way things work in the market today, games have to do more than edge out a profit. For a company as big as Sega, 3 million profit over 2 games isn't all that great.
But this topic is just about 2 hardcore games from SEGA.
If you include The Conduit in it, the development cost will increase but the profit will add up a lot.
o, now if only this is really how things worked, then maybe sega would start making money again. i no there is more to it then just they get half of the retail value. or else i dont c how companies are losing money. killzone 2 - 69 bucks so that meas 35 a copie - 1.69 million * 35 = 59.15 million. only took like 15 to make so how is sony's gaming division losing money>
I'm pretty sure games like Viking hurt SEGA a lot more (if any) than Madworld and House of the Dead.
