Hey, I'm gonna buy it. I loved the Timesplitters games, and Free Radical whoops ass in my book.
And look no further than EOJ if you want temptation for new gamers.

These guys made timesplitters so I am sure it will be very good. Besides the co-op I wonder how the multi player will be. If I had a PS3 I would pick this up. Only problem I see is that it comes out around the time call of duty 4, unreal and many more games that are sure to be hits. Haze being a new IP may be lost in the shuffle :(
@elnino334
well it has 4 - player online co-op just like Halo 3
The Main word has 4 LETTERS like HALO
there are many similarities

Hmmm, look like another standard FPS to me. Nothing really special really.
I don't doubt of its quality, but for me is lackluster.
Ubisoft really said this is supposed to have anything on Halo? I'll look forward to launch day then, either they pull it off and it will be something we can all admire, or they don't and we'll all get a laugh (more likely IMO).
If they were really confident they stood any chance against Halo, they wouldn't have cancelled the Xbox 360 version of Haze, don't you guys think?
PS: Just found this: http://www.xbox360fanboy.com/2007/05/17/hazed-and-confused-haze-writer-disses-halo/
"Speaking to Edge, Rob Yescombe, scriptwriter for Free Radical's upcoming shooter Haze, has some choice words about the king of console shooters. According to Yescombe, new-gen games are about more mature, compelling content: "Halo is brilliant, you're a teenager - the next-gen is about becoming more mature ... in Haze you become an adult." Yescombe adds that games should take a page from world events as inspiration, saying, "It's about what's happening in the world today - it's ludicrous, and how can you make something that doesn't reflect that? Well, you could bury your head in the sand and make Halo 3, but the fact of the matter is there are more important things at stake." Haze, it seems, is a satirical work aimed at modern warfare, though Yescombe admits that some may not see the satire."
A shooter game which makes people think? Good luck with that!

Anyone that believes that Haze is really exclusive to PS3 is quite gullible. Ubisoft is pulling the same thing with Haze that they did with the original Splinter Cell. Which they also announced multiplatform, then timed exclusive, then exclusive, and then six months later it was on PS2 and Gamecube.
All that said, PS3 owners should be looking forward to Haze. Free Radical has an excellent pedigree. They make damn good games. Anyone saying other wise either has bad taste or is just a fanboy.

It looks good ... not GoW but still ... I hope it will sell well and it will be good to :)
