too busy playing Sim 3.

I've been wondering about that since E3. Seems VGC (a sales site at heart) is getting away from its roots... Too bad cause there are forums all around us to discuss news, games, reviews but sales discussions are scarce.

I think it's because sales "suck" at the moment. Wii is dominating but way down nevertheless. 360 is ahead of PS3 but not enough to gloat. PS3 is down but not dead. Everything is just not interesting to discuss. We are all in a waiting pattern (kind of like that running joke about X gane will save the PS3 except it is now X anything (as in game, price cut, Natal...) will save the Wii/360/PS3). Handhelds have never been discussed a lot on these boards regardless (except to say "Wow at DS" and "Poor PSP"...).

Was there something released for X360 and PS3 to cause a bump?

Actually PS3 and PSP hardware is up from last week

Not really. Prototype. But that only opened at <70k

everything was up from last week except the Wii

When did the PSP start outselling the PS3?

PS3 sales are pretty good and the PSP sales are great too.

PS3 -- wow.....doing very good, SONy don't need to drop price when its so close to 360

360 -- Its £30 more than PS2 (cheapest model), If I was MS, I would be disappointed.....VERY disappointed

Wii -- Very good

DS -- ULTRA good

PSP -- Poor

Woah, I just noticed---Others is the PS3 market, so why is it so low? I could've sworn it was winning there the last couple of weeks..........


Wii above 110k is good I guess. DS is a beast..........
