I'm a Soldier and have Grunt and Garrus alot of the time. Most people seem to prefer squad mates that complement the player, I just take a brute force mentality - Grunt is simply indestructible, has limited Biotics, and anti-organic ammo, and Garrus is his usual badass self with anti-anything abilities. Between the three of us, everything dies super fast, even the big Mechs.

As soon as I can via the research and Loyalty systems, I get a bonus ability for defense (either Barrier, Fortification or Geth Shield), that way I can take a ton of damage.

Played on Veteran the first time through, didn't find it difficult. ME2 on Veteran isn't easy, but it's not exactly hard. I think I died 3 times overall.

Holy crap.

When do you get that weapon? What's it called?

starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS

That weapons is epic. It's great how they make heavy weapon ammo very scarce so that way you don't run around with the CAIN on every mission blowing em all to h3ll and back. haha.

For me my favorite party members to use are Legion (for his AI hack) and Morinth (for her dominate ability). The 2 of them in a team make the game almost easy as you just have the AI fighting each other while you sit back and watch. hahaha.

I believe it's the M-920 Cain, AKA the 'nuke gun'. You get it from researching in the tech labs.

So.

Did anyone choose Morinth over Samara? I wanted to but my renegade level wasn't high enough. I'll be playing paragon next time so I guess I won't get to see the outcome.

Does it change the game in any significant way?

Morinth has differently loyalty power instead of Reave which Samara gets. I think it's called Dominate or something like that. Morinth, unlike Samara, can be romanced. However if you do have sex with Morinth, Shepard dies and it's game over.

I hope that answers your question OkeyDokey.

Well you did get her back story about what she is from Samara right? You can't be too surprised. Besides, Renegade or no. Allowing a serial killer that has 600 years of life left is just plain evil. I don't consider the Renegade option evil just less diplomatic. Allowing Morinth to live is just plain wrong.

Does anyone know where you pick up your bonus armour in the game? I have downloaded it but can't find it anywhere.

dunno if this has been answered but did you go back to your private head quarters and change your armour there ?

BTW those boss fights are tough...
