caught up in where? graphics? nope not yet, you wont see a difference for quite a while, the 360 actually has a stronger gpu which is used for graphics, and the ps3 has a more cpu and other things, so yes in a few years ps3 will be a little better looking, not by much.

I dont know how you can say it will fall behind fast, sales wise, gameplay wise, or graphic wise


 

killzone2 GT5, PS3 graphics are already superior.

They might look better, but to say that the 360 cannot produce these is another thing. GT 5 has always been major graphic based, more then any game, so it should be. Killzone is what 40 million dollar project, i hope it looks good.

Again the games might look better, but that does not mean the 360 cannot produce these.

 

Also graphic wise is a matter of opinion, Games like killzone 2 have dark colors, which make it look very realistic, but better graphics is a opinion, games such as SMG 3 and Eternal Sonota, both look just as good to me, its a matter of opinion



                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.

UT3 and Uncharted aren't even out yet so how do you know how they're going to measure up to Gears of War, Bioshock, Oblivion, Halo 3, etc?  I admit I have very high expectations for UT3 simply because it's Epic and their previous Unreal Tournament games (at least 2 of them anyways) have been spectacular.  Uncharted is still a big mystery and it could go either way though.

Uh, and UT3 is coming to 360, so I don't see why that game gets brought up.

Not this holiday season where majority of sales will be it's not. Sony have seen to that.

True...but don't underestimate the larger userbase on the 360. And also, it might get delayed past the holidays.

The longer the PS3/PC versions are delayed, the longer the 360 version is delayed. Mark Rein said it himself that they are not going to be working on the 360 version again until after the PS3/PC versions are released.

I find it very surprising the biggest most important xbox game is not better, theres no reason why it should not look better other then it cant due to hardware. Its not as if MS can't affored the development costs to rival GT or killzone.

Graphics and art style are two differnt things. I could say okami is better then Eternal Sonata and from my choice in style it would be true but to say its graphicly better would be stupid of me.
