I HATE grinding & many people I know hate it too.

A great JRPG is one where you don't need to grind.....as you go up levels as you go along the game.

but I must say, in pokemon I like to grind, I don't know why but I remember when I was in primary, everyone was mad about getting their pokemon up levels & everyone used to grind like mad, without hating it. Pokemon is definetely the only, if not one of the few JRPG's where people don't see grinding as a weak point.

why though? New attacks, evolutions? Maybe that makes grinding worth it

Do you see grinding as a negative in pokemon or a positive?

I see it as a positive, it makes pokemon more addictive!

Because Gamefreak employs Wizards who ensorcel each and every Pokemon cartridge with a Spell of Addictiveness.

Because...Theres one hundred and fifty or more to see, to be a pokemon master is my destiny!

Pokemon is pokemon with grinding, but it needs more

I've been playing pokemon for almost 10 years now

Most of the basics havn't changed, but every damn time the games are addicting & I have no complaints against grinding in them.

In fact I have Pokemon Platinum at home but I'm not starting it till I finish my other DS games, as I'll just get addicted & ignore those other DS games

Thats not true, I think the exceptance of grinding is when u started JRPG's....old school JRPG's gamers Dont mind. moderners what everything easy

there are some games that i enjoy grinding in them , if they reward you for it that is.

That´s because the grinding in pokemon is useful in the game because you can EV train with the pokemon you fight and it's simply fun.

the grinding in pokemon isn't a negative because its a hell of a lot quicker and easier than the grinding you have to do in most mmorpgs

MMORPG grinding is the worst.... -_-;
