Vincent Gaunet of Microsoft France say that, there is 430000 xbox 360 sold in france. Vgchartz say 530000. Who is right? Its'strange, because in last november, there was 300000 xbox 360 in france, and with christmas, the vgchartz numbers don't seems false. It's not the first time they speak about french numbers. 400000 in end june, but i'm not sure. I will surch all this link, i remember. But, i find this number strange.

Date of the article: 6 july, but the info of 400000 is an update of the article, which i don't know the date exactly.

So ioi, 360 is certainly overestimate in france, and ps3 underestimate, with the link of picsouu next post.

Are these for the same timeframe? Microsoft generally quotes numbers ending some previous period that is often a month or two behind what VGchartz are reporting as VGC is (usually) quite a bit more current.

*edit* I've translated the document as best I can and it seems the Microsoft rep's numbers of 430K consoles is his estimate.  I don't see anything that discusses timeframes those estimates are based on.  Maybe lost in translation...
