I was just crusing around in the sales charts and noticed that there currently is only one PS3 title that has over 5 million in sales; GTAIV.  By comparison the Wii has 9 (8 if you don't include Wii Sports) and the 360 has 5 (6 pretty soon with Gears 2 knocking on the doorstep at 4.91mil).  Which PS3 title do you think will be the next to crack 5 million in sales?  COD4 and MGS4 are both a little above 4mil currently, but both are moving pretty slow in sales at this point (MGS5 seems to be down to ~5K/week).  One would think Gran Turismo 5 should crack it without too much trouble, but are there any others? Final Fantasy was a proven 5mil+ seller on PS and PS2, but it's not a Sony exclusive anymore either which will take away some sales, everywhere but Japan of course heh.

anyway GT5 is a definite & FF13 is a definite, COD:MW 2 has a chance

GT6 will be the next one & FF15 the one after that, then GTA5

FF13 will get 2mil LT in Japan alone. Im pretty sure it can get 3 million in NA and Eu. FF13vs will crack it too.

FF13 or GT5. The next GTA? That's all I can think of. Possibly MW 2.

GT5 probably, if it releases late this year or early next it will do it before FFXIII does. FFXIII only releases in Japan this year and it will only do about 2 million there by the time it releases WW in June next year. Which it will probably pass 5 million then, just not before GT5 does.
