DAY: Lost count, but over 30 
lb lost total: 8.3lb
Well, I finished the 30-day challenge and went to start another one. Turns out you actually have to hit restart and my last exercise was actually the last day of the 30-day challenge again. It took me a while to figure out what happened, because they were doing more complex exercises and I thought everything would reset to more basic exercises. Then it crossed my mind that maybe the game was really smart and new that I had already done everything so more complex exercises were ok. When I finished it congratulated me for finishing the 30-day challenge (without the video though) and that is when it finally clicked 
I'm also down to 200lb even which is the lowest I've been since November 08. I'm averaging 2lb/week, so I've maintained my great healthy pace and I'm set to be at 180lb by 9/17/09. If I were to maintain my pace, I could be down to 170 by 10/22/09, but I don't think I want to go that low. I think I want to hit 175 at the lowest.









The medium intensity used to last about 30-40 real life minutes, the hard intensity comes closer to 40-60 minutes. I'm also trying to increase my pull-up count, but since I'm trying to lose weight, I don't expect to build any muscle, so the only increase will probably be from me having to lift less weight overall.
