I want to get down to 175, and then start building muscle again. I used to lift a lot when I was younger, but stopped half way through college. Essentially I don't just want to lose weight, I want to get actually fit. Ripped would be cool, but it isn't my goal. Also, once my kid is old enough, I want to be able to set an example and to teach them to eat properly and exercise too. It is so much easier to keep the weight off, then it is to lose it.
