Ok, so I'm still suffering from my stab wound and can't really do any weight lifting with my hand, so I've been just doing long walks and that is about it. I miss doing the EA Sports challenge, but I don't want to do just squats and runs and it hurts my hand too much. I'm hoping it will be healed enough in 1-2 weeks.
Even though I went on vacation for a week and mostly ignored my diet, I'm down to 192.9 today or another 1.5lb since the last time I updated this thread. So that was 1 week of bad eating, and 1.5 weeks of good eating. I did a lot of biking on vacation though with my brothers bicycle and a lot of long walking on the board walk.
Grand Total Lost 15.4lb.
