I've been doing the 30-day challenge again, but this time on Hard Intensity. The first 30-day challenge really got me ready for this one, as I can actually make my way through without falling on the ground gasping for air as my legs burn and refuse to function properly
The medium intensity used to last about 30-40 real life minutes, the hard intensity comes closer to 40-60 minutes. I'm also trying to increase my pull-up count, but since I'm trying to lose weight, I don't expect to build any muscle, so the only increase will probably be from me having to lift less weight overall.
Weight loss has been slower than when I started, but that is due to hanging out with people and eating to much. My average has dropped from ~2lb/week to 1.74 since I started, but at my current pace I'm looking to meet my goal at the beginning of October.
