The PS3's 22 milion users is a fraction of what the PS2's installed base used to be and it sold 9.7 GT4 outta 130 million PS2's, this time it will be half that or less.

Ok then kindly explain how did MGS3 snake eater on a console with 136m unit sold(ps2) got out sold by MGS4 on a console with 22m installbase(ps3).

They can't.  360 fans need to just accept that you will never have a game that can compete with Gran Turismo.  Forza will never do it.  Just like PS3 fans need to accept that the PS3 will never have a game that competes with Halo.

 

Do we really have to play this 'game-x KILLER!' game for every decent looking game that comes out?  Sheesh.

It might be meant to be. However sales of 1.5 million ltd for Gran Turismo 5 in Japan compared to only about 35,000 to 50,000 ltd there for Forza 3 will have quite a bit to say about the worldwide sales totals for both games.
