They wanted to promote PSP GO so they only talked about GT PSP

and maybe they wanted to focus more on Mod Nation Racers for now

Think of it this way if they announce the GT5 release dat like a few weeks before it his then they are going to get more sales from the hyped up gamers, If they announce it now you can adjust to tthe shock and might not feel the need to buy it so soon

GT5 out this year?

I can see them releasing GT PSP and GT 5 in the same time frame because their sales shouldn't interfere with one another since one is on a portable and the other a home console.

I could have told you this 1 week ago...

I am pretty certain it said Gran Turismo 5, though I can't remember, and don't have the magazine on me at the moment

They had the same thing with Modern Warfare 2, but we ended up getting some stuff before it came out

It actualy would probably be better to release the games concurrently.  I'm sure they'd save a good bit on marketing.  :P
