Sony ones aren't tracked and currently can't be tracked, and I don't know how Mr.Stickball tracks XBL sales.

I do know how they get the Wii VC/WiiWare information. They extrapolate based on the Nintendo Channel information provided. Essentially you can see how many people who use the nintendo channel purchased a game, which is essentially the same as having information from a store on how many copies were sold. If you want to help with VC/WiiWare tracking contact TWRoO as I know he is always looking for help.
