Action sequence on par with Advent Children

Decent fucken voice acting!!

A fulfilling ending

Oh, man. Where should I start...

 

-Top-Down perspective ala Diablo/LoZ:aLttP

-Class system similar to Ragnarok Online

-Level system similar to the Oblivion levelling mod/Dungeon siege

-Complex story that starts simple then vamps up

-Gameplay that starts off simple (ala Diablo/LoZ:aLttP) but gets more depth as the game is played

-Good learning curve for ease of adoption

 

That should, uh... Sum it up.

Sakaguchi, Kitase, and Nomura all co-directing.

Voice Acting - Quality of Final Fantasy XII

Medieval Setting ala Final Fantasy IX

It has to have an ending that makes me jump off the couch like Final Fantasy IX

Of course, very sexy graphics but I really don't want a steampunk and I'll gladly do what Toshiyuki Itahana did in FF9. Not Crystal Chronicles.

It's not that everybody has played nothing but FF, rather that I can think of 5 Final Fantasy games that are better than any Tales, Star Ocean, or Valkyrie Profile, etc.

It explains why Final Fantasy completely covers the majority of everyone's list.

 

It's the best rather than it's the only RPG they've played.

Music - Koh Otani
Battle System - Suikoden 1/Suikoden 2
Voice Acting - Final Fantasy 12
Open world like Grandia 1 & 2.
CHOCOBO'SSSS!!!
Story - Suikoden 2 or Final Fantasy 9.
Sounds - Freaking Dead Space like!
Cutscenes- As beautiful and compelling as Metal Gear Solid 4.
Graphics - Gran Turismo 5 graphics :p

well that would be a perfect rpg for me!
