Malwrong is at it again. For those that seem to think he's always right and are forever posting his predictions back these ones up. John McCain won the last election. Pikmin 3 will be shown at E3 2009.

Every time I see someone post one of his doom and gloom articles about HD gaming and says he's right on the mark with a prediction (of course they have no idea if he's right or not) it annoys me since anyone can go back and see where he's been off the mark many times.

But hey lets be honest, if MIcrosoft does release Natal in some form for the 360 I'm sure some of us will be pointing it out to the people who continue to post his stuff and it'll be like talking to a brick wall yet again.

Malstrom reminds me of Hitler, I'm not kidding, back when I only had a Wii, whenever I read a Malstrom article I'd get all pepped up and Nintendoed out. I'd feel anger at 3rd parties for not supporting Wii and I believed the Wii had this grand disruption plan, a crazy video game plan that would implode the world...Until I realized this guy is Hitler, Malstrom is good at riling up fans/fanboys alike and turning them rabid.

seriously though, this guy was cool towards the beginning of this gen (cooincidentally when he was still very little known) - his birdmen fallacy articles in 2006/2007 are pretty good. But now that nintendo fanboys are quoting him left and right he has gotten a little* bit smug. It's like he's getting too big for his britches, anyways he does make a good point even if he's being an ass about it.

*I thought about using "a wii bit smug" here but I didn't think it was the right time for a corny pun like that :)

I think he is most definitely right, but he does come off as a huge asshole.

And I think that's what a lot of people in this thread are trying to say, they aren't trying to discredit him, he just makes his points in a dick-ish way

Yeah, if it still doesn't happen by the time these motion devices are released, I don't think third parties will just abandon PS3/360. They would be quicker to just abandon the "hardcore" motion control games and stick to the normal controlled ones, while releasing cheap casual games, if any at all, for the motion devices.

I'm beginning to this he retains most information he receives about the gaming industry... But he alters it with fictional situations and whatever he thinks as he sees fit.. It's all so slanted.
